Attorney at law Ivan Lolić graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, after which he completed his master's academic studies in the field of corporate law with a master's thesis on the topic "Responsibility for the content of the prospectus during the public offering of securities". He gained work experience in law offices in Belgrade, after which he passed the bar exam in Belgrade and the bar exam before the Belgrade Bar Association.

Specialized in the areas of commercial law, administrative law, labor relations, foreign nationals' rights and alternative dispute resolutions (negotiations, mediation, professional advice).

Associate of Produktna berza AD Novi Sad when resolving disputes between members of the stock exchange and advising on stock exchange operations, thus gaining rich experience in the field of stock exchange law and corporate management.

Trained in the area of ​​international trade law after completing training at the University of Primorska, Koper, Slovenia, as well as in the area of ​​"CEFTA" agreements after completing the "Jean Monnet" module at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade.

As an authorized mediator, specialized in the field of commercial and labor law, with a special focus on mobbing cases, he is a member of the Chamber of Mediators of Serbia, and as an authorized mediator specialized in consumer disputes, he is also a member of the Body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes at the Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade of the RS .

Holder of a certificate on the possession of special knowledge in the field of children's rights and juvenile delinquency. Authorized to deal with juvenile offenders.

Speaks fluent English and basic German.
